A star-studded musical tribute to the piano's 300th anniversary celebrates the legacy, grandeur and showmanship of this stirring instrument. Hosted by "Piano Man" Billy Joel and taped before a live audience in Washington, D.C., this special rocks, rolls, soothes, grooves and mezmerizes audiences with its grand salute. The unprecedented line-up of classical, jazz and pop/rock pianists includes: Billy Joel, Dave Brubeck, Jerry Lee Lewis, Diana Krall and her trio, Marcus Roberts, Katia and Marielle Labeque, Jean-Yves Thibaudet, Robert Levin, Eliane Elias and her Trio, Cyrus Chestnut, Hyung-ki Joo, the Smithsonian Chamber Orchestra conducted by Kenneth Slowik, and Charles Schulz' Beethoven-playing Schroeder.
